Ingredients
Melatonin:
Melatonin is a naturally occurring hormone that helps regulate the body’s internal sleep-wake cycle. Tulsi (Holy Basil) Extract:
Tulsi, also known as Holy Basil, is a revered adaptogenic herb commonly used in Ayurvedic medicine. It helps the body adapt to stress, balance cortisol levels, and promote a sense of calm. Studies suggest that Tulsi can improve sleep quality by supporting emotional well-being and reducing nighttime restlessness.
Chamomile Extract:

I don’t have a lot of experience with sleep aides. I’ve never been prescribed a sleep aide. Usually don’t need one. Have tried gummies sold in drugstores a couple of times. Didn’t help. These Ojais helped both me and my grandson, who was visiting me and asked if I had a sleep aide, get a good night’s sleep when it was needed. He has used over the counter before. Said these are the best he’s ever taken. He asked if he could have my bottle. So, I’m reordering so I have them on hand if needed. (I’d take a picture of the bottle but it’s packed in his suitcase.). I don’t normally do reviews, but since these work I thought it would help someone else to know they are good quality. You can return if they don’t, no money lost. But, still work on not needing them if that’s possible.💞o

I am 77 year old female and I have had trouble with not falling asleep for many years…. Even as a teen. For the past probably 25 years I had been taking 2 Benedryl every night. My Dr felt there was evidence regarding dementia so that I should stop. We have listened to Dr Dhand and trust him so I ordered this sleep supplement. It has worked great. However, there is evidence coming out that melatonin causes heart problems. I would very much like your input regarding this matter.
