I started taking this along with the D3/K2 and Turmeric/Ginger supplements from Dr. Dhand. I read (somewhere) that magnesium and calcium should not be taken together, so I take the D3/K2 in a morning and the Magnesium/Co Q10 and turmeric/ginger at night, some days I switch. It's too early to tell I suppose on how well these are working as I have been taking this for less than a month, but I can say I can feel a difference in my knees- they don't hurt so bad when going from sitting to standing and vice versa. My sleep seems to have improved some, but I have not been a great sleeper for years now - too much going on with "spasms" and "reflux" when I try to fall asleep. Spasms have remained undiagnosed since 1999, so I gave up on trying to figure them out. And the reflux - I ditched the PPI meds that the gastro doc wants me on for the rest of my life. Still have reflux when I lay on one particular side, but I think I am conquering it. We shall see. The only negative I can give is not the supplements themselves, but the speed of shipping! SNAIL MAIL! Why they don't offer different shipping methods I don't know but they need to do better with that. They also need to improve letting you know when an order has shipped - never received notice of that fact with this past order, I had to try to track it down to see where it was. I may have to subscribe and let them auto-ship but not sure I can trust products will get here before I run out of the current supply,
I like all three supplements I've recently purchased from the Dr. Sunheel line. I have about three left of the heart ones and thinking about buying more. But since I live in Canada, the exchange rate is high plus I may get hit with a $30 duty charge like my first purchase was. Terrific products though, no fillers either.
It's a little early to tell since we only got it about 2 weeks ago. But we're trusting that it's a good product.
While I’m in the early phase of use, chances are still too early to say.
I’m using the turmeric ginger as well.
Overall doing better but I also follow Doctor Dhands suggestions on foods. Especially like the segments with John Campbell.
I know I’m preaching to the choir but these two fellows are tremendous and hopefully will continue to prosper.
We need to take care of our hearts, without it, we’re not going anywhere!
